About Jivani

A more thoughtful approach to wellness

Jivani Ayurveda and Panchkarma Centre was founded on a simple belief — that Ayurveda works best when practiced with clinical discipline, not diluted into generic wellness advice.

The Jivani Approach to Ayurveda

Our Philosophy

Personalized care, practiced responsibly

Every plan at Jivani begins with a detailed assessment of your constitution (prakriti), current imbalances, history and lifestyle. We don't start with a treatment and work backward — we start with you.

Rooted in classical Ayurvedic principles and delivered with modern clinical clarity, our approach favours honest guidance and sustainable habits over quick promises. Where Panchakarma or other classical therapies are appropriate, they're offered as part of a broader, personalized plan — not as a standalone package.

  • Individual assessment before any treatment plan is proposed
  • Classical Panchakarma therapies administered under supervision
  • Ongoing lifestyle and dietary guidance, not just in-clinic therapy
  • Responsible, claim-free communication about what Ayurveda can and cannot promise

What Guides Us

Three commitments behind every consultation

Assess before we recommend

No therapy is suggested before a full understanding of your history, constitution and current concern.

Explain, don't just prescribe

You should understand why a therapy or lifestyle change is being suggested, not just follow instructions.

Follow up, always

Wellness is rarely a single visit. We build follow-up into every plan we create.
